The story
Wayne spent 20 years in senior operational management across retail, sales, hospitality, professional services, and technology and SaaS, before completing a Masters in HR Management and qualifying as a Chartered member of the CIPD.
That experience gave him a clear, first-hand view of what actually lands with employees and managers, and what just creates more work.
